Practices That Work and How the Mind Shapes Our Reality
A sense of peace rings through my body, like a tuning fork vibrating within me. I am here now, having just completed my meditation practice. If I stay centered throughout the day, this peace will spill onto every unfolding moment and interaction.
Our practice serves all beings — near and far, seen, unseen, and even those yet to be born. Like the Butterfly Effect, our vibration ripples out, creating ramifications we cannot fully understand.
