A poem for awakening to the vibrations that connect us all
Everything is life:
The birds,
The trees,
Subatomic particles,
Microbes,
Rivers and streams,
The minerals and metals,
Crystals and pebbles,
That which flows and that which stands still,
Muted or vocal,
Visible or immobile,
Inertia or chaos,
Invisible and still in motion.
Whether it be the space or the substance,
Everything is living, pulsating, vibrating —
Before we touch, see, or hear —
We know through vibration,
The rhythm of existence.
We hold an innate understanding,
A knowing we’ve lost faith in.
Confused and insecure,
Believing we need to explain the unexplainable,
Everything is life:
Living, pulsating, vibrating —
We are energy,
Vibration,
Reciprocation,
Co-creation —
Shaping and being shaped,
Manifested and manifesting,
Potent and infused,
Realized and radiating.
Cycles of death and rebirth,
Stillness and motion,
Never-ending.
We are one with creation,
With all that is,
Whether solid, liquid, or gas,
Whether undetectable
Or unmanifested,
Stillness or void.
Everything is life:
Living, pulsating, vibrating —
Energy in motion, or rest,
Standing still or flowing.
Everything is life.
